PCHS has a mandate to provide health, settlement and social services to diverse communities within Peel Region. All of our programs are listed below.

 

 

MENTAL HEALTH

The Mental Health Program provides assistance and support to clients who are dealing with problems associated with mental illness.
 

 

SAHRA ADDICTIONS

Supporting clients and their families through a guided journey to recovery from substance use/abuse in a holistic and culturally appropriate manner.
 

 

OPIOIDS ADDICTIONS

Opioids addiction refers to a group of symptoms and behaviours that indicate a person is dependent upon these drugs.
 

 

BETTER FAMILIES

Help address issues related to healthy interactions between families and communities through support, group programs, mentoring programs.
 

 

SETTLEMENT SERVICES

Services are available for Newcomers / Permanent Residents (PR), Citizens, Live-in Caregivers and Conventional/Refugee Claimants to Canada.
 

 

GERIATRICS

This program provides support to seniors in need of help. An individual care plan is designed to allow the seniors to remain independent and live at home.
 


 

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT

The project is created to promote greater civic engagement and community development in Malton by empowering adult and youth leadership.
 

 

FAMILY ENHANCEMENT GROUP PROGRAM

A group program that provides support to individuals and families.
 

 

VOLUNTEERS & STUDENTS

PCHS provides opportunities to community members to participate in helping the South Asian Community.
