COVID-19 TESTING

At PCHS, the health and welfare of our customers, employees and volunteers is our first concern. Driven by provincial and public health agencies, safety policies have been put in place to ensure that we continue to deliver primary care support and community outreach to our clients and the communities we serve.

Step 1 : Call us to Check the availability

Call us on 905 677 0889 and ask for the appointment for COVID-19 test. Our represent will provide you with information about the available dates and time slots.

Step 2 : Book Your Appointment

Choose one from the available options. Book your appointment and confirm it. Set a reminder in your calendar and reach in time.

Last Step : Visit the Centre for Test

Please make sure you reach in time for your test. Please wear a mask and gloves when you enter into the centre. keep you belongings in your bag.

PCHS Pop Up Clinic

Approximately 1000 people from the South Asian community were vaccinated at a pop-up clinic organized by Punjabi Community Health Services and Indus Community Services at Susan Fennell Sportsplex in Brampton.
